Who are they?
Founded in 1781 in Tupin-et-Semons by Joseph Vidal, Vidal-Fleury is the oldest wine house in the Rhône Valley still in operation. Historically linked to Côte-Rôtie, it now offers a range that covers 19 appellations, from the northern Rhône to the southern Rhône. Since 1984, the house has belonged to the Guigal family while retaining its autonomy. Its approach rests on careful selection of the grapes, winemaking tailored to each appellation and, above all, the time devoted to ageing, considered essential to a wine’s personality.

Maison Vidal-Fleury welcomes visitors to its cellars in Tupin-et-Semons, in the heart of the Côte-Rôtie vineyards. Tastings are available by appointment on weekdays and weekends. Booking in advance is recommended.
