Why we love it
Because it immediately shows that Riesling isn’t necessarily sweet. This one is dry, lively and precise, with pronounced acidity and a mineral character. It’s an excellent counterpoint to Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc: both are fresh and aromatic, but their personalities are entirely different.
