The producer

Who are they?

Aspall's story begins in 1728, when Clement Chevallier planted orchards at Aspall Hall in Suffolk and began producing cider there. The house has developed around a distinctly English approach to cyder, with dry, structured bottlings intended to be enjoyed both on their own and at the table.

Because Aspall brings a historic English-cider reference to the LPV repertoire and showcases a style quite distinct from the Quebec, French and Asturian ciders already featured.
