Who are they?
Born in the Val do Salnés, in Galicia, Martín Códax comes from a collaborative project of wine-growing families united by a single ambition: to make Albariño and the wines of Rías Baixas known. Today the winery works with more than 500 wine-growing families and distributes its wines in over 65 countries. Albariño remains at the heart of its identity, with cuvées that show both its freshness and maritime character and its ability to gain depth and age. Manual harvests, careful vineyard monitoring, research and more sustainable practices allow the winery to preserve the link between the wine, the landscape and Galician culture.
