Who are they?
In 1959, William Fèvre took over the family estate in Chablis and gave it new momentum. Over the decades, the estate built a vineyard of about 70 hectares spread across some 90 parcels, with a significant share in Premiers and Grands Crus. Its work is based on a very precise reading of Chablis's terroirs and their Kimmeridgian soils, with Chardonnay as the sole great interpreter. Since January 2024, the estate has belonged to Domaines Barons de Rothschild Lafite, while continuing an approach focused on freshness, minerality, biodiversity and the expression of each climat.

The estate has long worked to reduce its environmental impact, holding an HVE3 certification and with a majority of the vineyard managed biodynamically.
